Orders & Shipping

Please check your SPAM or JUNK folder. If you cannot find a confirmation there either, please contact our
customer service.

Orders are sent to our logistics department as soon as we receive them. It is therefore not possible to hold up the ordering process.

Within Switzerland/Liechtenstein, delivery is carried out by our shipping partner Swiss Post.

Delivery:
For orders with a value of CHF 50.00 or more, shipping within Switzerland/Liechtenstein is free of charge.
For orders under CHF 50.00 we charge a shipping fee of CHF 7.00.

Returns:
The costs for the return shipment are borne by the customer.

We endeavor to process all orders as quickly as possible. Immediately available items are usually delivered within 1 - 2 working days. Orders received before 14:00 on working days should be dispatched on the same day.

Returns & Refunds

Items can be returned within 30 days of the order date. Simply follow the steps on the return form provided.

Once you have completed the return form, you can seal the package with the
items and the form and send it with sufficient postage to the following

Please note that the items must be returned in perfect condition (new, unworn,
unwashed and with label(s) and original packaging)
. The return costs are also to be borne by the buyer

If the form is missing, you can download it here so that you can then fill it out and enclose it with your return.

If you would like to exchange an item, we ask you to make a return and then place a new order for the desired item. This enables us to process your order more quickly.

If an item is defective, please send it back. We will check the case and refund the defective item accordingly. Select the return reason "10 / defective item" on the return form.

After you have posted the parcel at the post office, you can send us a picture of the postage receipt. We will credit this to your account.

The refund will be made in accordance with our GTC within 10 days after we have received the goods and will be processed via the same payment method that you used for the order.
