General Terms and Conditions for freddy-shop.com - a division of PPS Sportsgoods AG.
1. scope of application
These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by customers via the online store freddy-shop.com, Hinterbergstrasse 24, 6312 Steinhausen, phone: +41 41 783 83 87, info@freddy-shop.com (hereinafter Freddy-Shop).
2. registration
2.1 Only customers who have registered properly and truthfully are permitted to shop at Freddy-Shop.
2.2 The creation of multiple accounts and their use by the same person is strictly prohibited.
2.3 In addition, any commercial use for the purpose of reselling goods to third parties is prohibited.
2.4 Violations may lead to immediate exclusion and claims for damages by Freddy-Shop. Freddy-Shop may also restrict the maximum delivery quantity per item and customer.
3. Conclusion of contract
3.1 The presentation of the products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order.
3.2 By clicking on the "Send order" button in the shopping cart, the customer submits a binding offer.
3.3 The automatically generated confirmation e-mail documents receipt of the order. The binding contractual relationship only comes into effect when Freddy-Shop confirms the dispatch of the goods by email (dispatch confirmation), but at the latest when the goods are delivered.
3.4 If Freddy-Shop discovers during the processing of the order that the products ordered by the customer are not available, the customer will be informed by email. A contract for the unavailable goods is not concluded.
4. Prices and shipping costs
4.1 The prices listed in the Freddy-Shop at the time of the order apply. The prices quoted are net prices including VAT and are in Swiss francs (CHF).
4.2 Deliveries are made by Swiss Post. For orders with a value of CHF 50 or more, shipping within Switzerland/Liechtenstein is free of charge. For orders under CHF 50, we charge a shipping fee of CHF 7.
5. Terms of delivery
5.1 Delivery takes place within Switzerland/Liechtenstein.
5.2 Goods in stock are usually ready for dispatch immediately.
5.3 However, in the event that an order does not reach the customer on a requested or notified delivery date, claims for damages are excluded.
5.4 If the delivery of the goods fails through the fault of the customer, Freddy-Shop can withdraw from the contract. Any payments made will be refunded immediately.
6. Terms of payment
6.1 Payment can be made by credit card, PostFinance (PostCard), PayPal or cell phone payment. All payments are processed via Shopify Payments. The data is transmitted in encrypted form for processing.
6.2 Freddy-Shop can cancel an order if
(a) a customer is not creditworthy or appears to be.
(b) there is reasonable suspicion of dishonest intentions.
6.3 Purchase on account with installment facility (POWERPAY)
MF Group / POWERPAY offers the payment method "Purchase on account" as an external payment service provider. With the single invoice, you can simply pay for your online purchase by invoice. If you decide not to pay within the specified time frame, you will receive a monthly invoice with an order overview in the following month. When the purchase contract is concluded, POWERPAY takes over the invoice claim and processes the corresponding payment modalities. When purchasing on account, you accept POWERPAY's GTC in addition to our GTC. (powerpay.ch/en/agb).
7. Returns
7.1 Returnable items can be sent back to Freddy-Shop within 30 days of the invoice date. The goods must be returned new, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, including the label(s) and original packaging, as well as the return slip. The costs for the return shipment are borne by the customer.

7.2 The right of return is excluded for the following products:
- Underwear
- Articles with the note "this article cannot be returned"
If the above-mentioned products are defective, incomplete or in poor condition, they can also be returned. In this case, Freddy-Shop will endeavor to find an equivalent replacement. If this is not possible, the money already paid will be refunded.
7.3 Orders that have already been paid for in advance by credit card will be refunded to the credit card.
8. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of Freddy-Shop until full payment has been made.
9. Redeeming promotional vouchers
9.1 Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed from the minimum order value stated on the voucher.
9.2 The accumulation of several promotional vouchers is not permitted.
9.3 The promotional vouchers are valid until the specified date.
9.4 It is not permitted to transfer promotional vouchers to third parties.
9.5 Promotional vouchers cannot be subsequently credited to an order.
9.6 The balance of a promotional voucher cannot be paid out in cash, nor can
earn interest.
10. Redeeming purchased gift vouchers
10.1 The gift voucher is transferable. Duplication or alteration of the gift vouchers is not permitted.
10.2 Gift vouchers cannot be subsequently credited to an order.
10.3 The balance of a gift voucher cannot be paid out in cash or bear interest.
11. Data protection
The privacy policy applies to the processing of personal data by Freddy-Shop.
12. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions
These GTC may change. We always list the date of the last changes.
