Shipping costs
For orders with a value of CHF 50 or more, shipping within Switzerland/Liechtenstein is free of charge. For orders under CHF 50.- we charge a shipping fee of CHF 7.-.

Delivery
All deliveries are made by Swiss Post.

Delivery time
We try to process all orders as quickly as possible - we usually deliver immediately available items within 1 - 2 working days. Orders received before 14:00 on working days should be dispatched on the same day.
